  • DELIVERY

    Delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days and deliveries will take place between 8am and 5pm

    Once shipped you will receive notification which will include a tracking number should you wish to track your parcel with our couriers

    Please allow 24 hours before you track your parcel online

    We offer Free Shipping for all orders over R1499, all orders under R1499 will be subject to a R139 delivery fee.

    You will be responsible for any returns to 2XU SA and 2XU SA will at their expense send back to you any items exchanged.

    REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

    Cancellation, Exchange, Refund and Return Policy 

    At 2XU SA we strive to make online shopping a smooth and hassle-free experience.

    We understand that buying online can be tricky without having seen the actual product or trying it on. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges based on a few T&C's listed below:

    Refunds/Exchanges:

    You may return goods purchased at full retail price within 30 days of the purchase date, provided you have the original proof of purchase/receipt, and the item has not been worn or damaged in any way.

    Any free promotional gift must also be included in the return. All items must be returned in its original 2XU packaging including all original labels and pins attached to the garment. No items rinsed or washed or smelling of aftershave or perfume will be accepted.

    If you require a refund on goods purchased at full retail prices, you must log a return within 30 days from the date purchased. The goods must be in the original, unworn condition. We will refund you in the same way that you purchased the goods.

    Items bought on SALE may only be returned within 14 days of purchase and are non-refundable. We will gladly exchange SALE items at the sale price paid, provided
    you have the original proof of purchase/receipt, and the item has not been worn or damaged in any way.

    Due to hygienic reasons, swimwear, underwear (excluding bras) and face coverings (Hijab, Mask & Sports Mask) cannot be returned or exchanged.

    How to Return or Exchange a Product?

    The Team will respond with the relevant information regarding your request.

    Once approved to do so, place the product together with original tags attached along with your completed returns document and original invoice in the bag and return the item/s to the address below.

    Once we have inspected and validated your return we will ship the replacement item/s at our expense in the case of an exchange.

    We may refuse a return if the any unwanted product is returned damaged, or not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories and tags.

    Refunds

    All refunds will be done only once we receive the item/s back and they are inspected. All refunds are done on the 1st Friday after the return is received.

    Which items cannot be exchanged or refunded?

    Items marked as “SALE” are non-refundable and may only be exchanged to the value of the price paid.

    Product without original price tags and packaging attached will not be exchanged or refunded.

    Product that has been altered, washed, or abused will not be exchanged or refunded.

    Gift Cards will not be exchanged or refunded. 

    How do I return an item I received as a GIFT?

    Items may exchanged for goods of the same value, provided the product is:

    Undamaged

    Unworn

    Original price tags attached

    Was purchased at www.2xu.co.za

    The original gift receipt or purchase receipt must be presented.
